Panic Attack

Insane.

So what I thought was going to be a great Monday (Not really sure why, nothing spectacular was going to happen) but I was just excited to start off the week after having a great weekend with some really cool people.

Well, I was sitting in my car getting ready for C.O.B. and then I realized my heart started pounding at a million miles out of nowhere and then I started breathing really hard trying to catch my breath but nothing was working. My entire body was going numb and I got extremely lightheaded. It was raining very hard that day so nobody saw what the hell was going on inside my car. Anyway, I was trying hard to calm myself down and then my buddy Nick had called me over and I told him what had just happened. I went to the medic and my blood pressure was at 160/100. Scary. WTF just happened?!! It was definitely a panic attack. My mind was at a million different places so I did what I felt was right...I went to someone who I confided in and felt comfortable to be around. My hands were still numb and it made it difficult to drive. Plus I was still lightheaded.

He helped me out a lot today and I will never forget this.

"You're okay Randy, everything is okay buddy" he told me, and I was beginning to feel better. There are such things as real friends, you just need to choose wisely. Te Amo.
